Sela Fasteners Industrial Flooring

Decorative and hard wearing industrial floor.

Sela Fasteners are a manufacturing company based in the North of England. They planned a comprehensive redevelopment of their existing factory site to provide a new purpose built production unit of approximately 6000m2 and ancillary offices.

The construction was phased to allow manufacturing to continue throughout the development programme. Their production process demanded a highly durable and wear resistant floor and the designers also wanted to introduce colour.

The floor was constructed using Dark Red HATCRETE Industrial Metallic and HATCRETE Cureseal in a matching colour. The result was an extremely hard wearing, coloured floor, laid using a process that fitted perfectly with the requirements of phased construction.
