Jaguar Cars specifies HATCRETE Industrial Quartz Hardener on UK manufacturing facility

When Jaguar Cars re-developed their 7000m2 manufacturing facility, not only did they require a decorative finish on the concrete flooring, but one that was also impact and abrasion resistant.

HATCRETE Industrial Quartz Hardener was specified due its exceptionally hard wearing properties. Independent test data shows a 24 fold increase in impact resistance when compared to normal power trowelled concrete.

A graphite grey hardener was chosen and machine applied to the still fresh concrete surface. The concrete was cured and sealed using Hatcrete Cureseal in a matching colour.
