HATCRETE Tekstain concrete stain used to enhance grey concrete at West Midlands Safari Park

When construction of a new animal enclosure began at West Midlands Safari Park, Roy Hatfield Ltd's technical department was approached to offer a solution colouring the existing concrete walls.

HATCRETE Tekstain was used to stain the concrete enclosure in a "Russet" colour. Tekstain is an acid based stain, so during application it gives a mild etch to the surface of the concrete which aids to the natural appearance.

The surface is UV stable and does not chip or peel like paint can.
