HATCRETE® Colour Release is a ready to use, coloured, powdered material used as a bond breaker to prevent imprinting mats and rollers adhering to freshly placed concrete.

This product is to be used in conjunction with Colourmix (integrally coloured concrete) and Colour Hardener depending on specific requirments.

 It is also used to create antiqued or variegated effects in any decorative concrete design. Colour variations that occur in stone and other natural materials can be subtly emulated by using one or more contrasting colours to the underlying colour hardened surface. In general it is normal practice to use a darker Release than the underlying concrete to create the contrasting "aged" effect.

The coverage rate of HATCRETE® Colour Release is approximately 5 -7 square metres per kg. One container is sufficient for approximately 60 square metres.
