The surface of the concrete shall be retarded using ................. Surface Retarder. The method used to expose the aggregate and finish the concrete surface shall be identical to that prescribed by Roy Hatfield Ltd during the construction of the sample panels.

All materials used to produce the seeded exposed aggregate concrete shall be applied in accordance with the manufacturer's current technical data sheets and with reference to the specific health & safety information sheet.

The supplier shall be a BSI registered company with accreditation to BS EN ISO 9002. The designated contractor will confirm to the consulting architect in writing that he has a successful track record for installing exposed aggregate, integrally coloured concrete in similar applications, and that he has received and read all the relevant manufacturer's literature on the particular products before commencing the project.
