Hatcrete® Diamond-Coat Epoxy specification
The existing concrete should be free of debris, oil, grease or other agents which may impair adhesion. The surface should be treated prior to application (if required) to aid adhesion which may include techniques such as acid etching, light scabbling or blasting etc.
If the designated surface is porous or maximum adhesion is required, HATCRETE® Diamond-Coat Epoxy Primer should be used to prime the area with one coat at a rate of 4-6m2 per 1.0Kg. Two coats of HATCRETE® Diamond-Coat Epoxy Coating ............(colour) will then be applied at a rate of 5 square metres per litre per coat when the surface is tack-free giving a dry film thickness of 150 - 200 microns. The surface should be allowed to fully cure between coats.
